Using this Online Citizen Reporting System allows you to submit a police report online.

You will need a valid email address to file a report online.

This form should only be completed if:

  • You need a report for documentation.
  • Do not wish to speak with a Police Officer
  • Do not require any further investigation and/or follow-up for this incident.

Stolen License Plate

A vehicle license plate was stolen.

Fraud/Identity Theft

Fraudulent acquisition and use of a person's private identifying information.

Example:

A person using your identity to obtain services.

Vandalism / Property Damage

Action involving deliberate destruction of or damage to public or private property.

Example:

Breaking windows, spraying paint, tagging, placing glue into locks, tire slashing, cutting trees without permission.
